This new and improved filter replaces the metal canister design filter. It reduces more contaminants and is easier to install. This Filter fits GE, Kenmore (model prefix 363) and Hotpoint refrigerators with a round filter, usually mounted inside the refrigerator at the back of the compartment. NOTE: If you are replacing the Culligan metal canister design filter for the first time, you need to purchase a special adapter ADAPTER. The adapter is not included with this part. Genuine GE part.
